• Check-in: 9:30 AM | Check-out: 8:15 AM
• Early check-in & late check-out are subject to room availability and chargeable.
• ID Proof: Valid Govt. issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests.
• Foreign Nationals: Not allowed.
• Children: Below 5 years complimentary. Ages 6-11 charged ₹500 (with/without mattress). 12+ considered adults.
• Max Occupancy: 2-4 adults per room depending on category. Only one extra mattress allowed per room.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 30+ Days Before Arrival: Full Refund.
• 30 to 22 Days Before: 75% Refund.
• 21 to 8 Days Before: 50% Refund.
• Less than 7 Days Before: No Refund.
• No Refund: For unused nights, early check-out, missed flights/ferries, discounted bookings, or climatic changes.

House Rules & Safety

• Key Policy: Please return keys at reception upon departure. Lost keys incur a penalty of ₹5000.
• No Smoking: Strictly prohibited in rooms and common areas (lobby, reception, restaurant).
• Prohibited Items: Explosives, weapons, inflammables, and dangerous chemicals are not allowed.
• Damages: Guests are liable to cover costs for any damage to hotel property or missing inventory (towels, pillows, etc.).
• Security: Please lock your rooms. Hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. 'Do Not Disturb' signs valid for max 24 hours.
• Fire Safety: Follow evacuation plans on room doors in case of alarm.
